Staines Ramblers are a very active and friendly walking group in Surrey. We have around 300 members, publish over 120 walks per year and are fortunate in having 25 volunteer Walk Leaders.
Staines Ramblers Walking Programme
Our walks programme for ramblers explores the most attractive countryside in the surrounding area including the Surrey Hills, the Chilterns, walks of interest in central London, occasional themed walks, and walks in Windsor Great Park as well as Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and beyond.
Our members also take part in a variety of social events, we organise group walking holidays, pub evenings and occasional meals out. We also enjoy regular footpath maintenance work supervised by Surrey CC rangers.
Our walking programme usually features:
Weekend Walks
