We are a member of the Ramblers organisation which has 500 groups throughout the UK, any of which you would be welcome to join on their walks.

Each week Staines group lead a variety of walks in Surrey and the surrounding areas and we would be delighted to welcome you on one of our rambles, or to join in our social activities.

Surrey has nearly 3000 miles of public rights of way, byways, bridleways and footpaths which we help to maintain by walking them, reporting faults and occasionally helping in their maintenance and repair.

The Ramblers exists to promote the enjoyment that walking outdoors can bring. We encourage walking; protect rights of way; and have campaigned for many years for freedom to roam over open country.

You may accompany us for up to three walks before making a decision to join the Ramblers.
