Our group walking holiday to Cala Rajada in Majorca was one of our best holidays ever.
We were based in the Bella Playa Hotel and Spa at Cala Rajada, near Arta in the north-east of Majorca.
The trip was organised by Joy Johnson and the holiday was run by Involved Holidays with a group of local guides led by Julio. The holiday included five walking days.
There was a selection of walks each day, with a choice of moderate/slower or harder/faster led by different walk leaders.
The walks consisted of: a local walk via Cala Agula and Cala Gat to Cala Rajada harbour; a walk from Montuiri up to the monastery on the hill then down to Petra for lunch; a walk in the Tramuntana mountains from Deia to Port de Soller; a walk starting in Arta market then from Coll des Raco to the beaches at Cala Torta and Cala Mitjana; and finally a local walk to the beach at Cala Mesquida for lunch and bathing in the sea then back to the hotel.
