Our group walking holiday to Hotel Bergland, Seefeld in the Austrian Tyrol was a fabulous experience.
The trip was was organised by Joy Johnson and the walks were led by Graham and Sue of Bath and West Country Walks. There were 5 walking days, including one trip to the top of the Seefelder Joch by funicular and cable car for a walk to the Seefelder Spitz, where the views from the mountain are breathtaking.
The other 4 walks were to Scharnitz and Mittenwald, to Leutasch Spirit Gorge and Ferchensee, to Klamm and Hammermoosalm, and to Neuleutasch, Wildmoos and Mosern. Finally I must mention Marcus, who led us on a walk along the ridge to the Spitz. And beyond for those that wished!!
You can see lots of photos on the Facebook page but here are a few samples:

At the hotel, ready for first day's walk to Mittenwald.

Second day walking, at the Leutasch Spirit Gorge.

View from the walkway at the Spirit Gorge.

Walking in the woods near Ferchensee.

Lunch stop at Ferchensee.

On the mountain, walking towards the Seefelder Spitz.

Almost at the Spitz (that's where the cross is!)

Fourth day walking, near Hammermoosalm.

Final day's walk, passing Triendlsage.
Many thanks to Joy for organising the trip, and to Sue and Graham (and Magnus) for leading the walks.
