Meet 10am at Chorleywood House grounds (grid ref TQ034970 nearest postcode WD3 5SL) opposite Chorleywood Common turn right into entrance of Chorleywood House continue along drive with cemetery on right and park in woodland area under trees. This is a circular walk with a couple of small slopes. Coffee break at Chenies then through woods to Latimer along the Chess Valley past Watercress Farm to Sarratt for pub/picnic lunch about 2 miles from end.8mile / 12.9km

Meet 08.30 at Staines Station for a car share to Garthowen Garden Centre and Tree House Coffee Shop Alton Lane Four Marks GU34 5AJ. The cafe will be open from 9.00 The Garden Centre have kindly agreed that we may leave our cars in their car park for the day but please car share where possible to minimise disruption to garden centre customers. We walk from the Garden Centre to the Bus Stop at Station Approach Four Marks where we will catch the 10.33 bus to New Alresford and walk back to Four Marks. There is no guarantee of refreshments en route so you should bring enough for the day. At the bus stop there is a baker/coffee shop where supplies can also be purchased. Please note that some of the paths were a little overgrown so long trousers suggested.8mile / 12.9km

Meet at 9.00 at Staines Railway station for a car transfer to Bison Hill car park near Whipsnade (Exp 181 Gr SP999184 nearest postcode LU6 2LD) on the B4540 for a 10.00 start. A circular walk starting at the shoulder of the Downs we then skirt the base of the hills cross the vale to Tottenhoe Knolls then onto Tottenhoe for lunch at The Cross Keys. Circling back up to the top of the Downs for a walk along the ridge with great views all round. A couple of hills but mainly easy going most of the walk.9mile / 14.5km

An undulating walk of Chiltern woodlands and open meadows with a diversion from the public right of way for coffee break into Trappist Wood a banana-skin-free zone (the owner will welcome us by arrangement).
